When descending, press the descending button, and it will automatically stop when it reaches the bottom due to the travel switch. Note: When changing the lift, you must press the stop button before changing the lift. When lifting and lowering, the operator should keep away from the tank body and fix it on the square hole of the base by four cylindrical pins at the bottom of the tank.
 

1.  Installation, adjustment and operation method

The flotation machine is installed on the workbench, and the level can be adjusted with four base screws; when the motor is connected to electricity, the rotation direction of the gas should be checked, and the main shaft impeller driven by the motor is required to rotate clockwise; The speed is regulated by the frequency converter. The speed can also be adjusted while the machine is running; the speed can be displayed on the LCD meter of the control panel. In addition, the machine is equipped with a shaking handle, which can also be adjusted to suit the needs or fine-tuning of the stirring conditions. It should be noted that before the electric lift, the handle should be pulled out, and then folded to the inside of the rocker to prevent injury to personnel during the electric lift, and personnel should not be close to the rocker during the electric lift. Impeller, stator and hollow shaft can be replaced. The impeller is connected with the right-handed screw of the main shaft, the stator is connected with the left-handed screw of the hollow sleeve, and the hollow shaft is connected with the left-handed head of the machine head. When replacing, pay attention to the direction of rotation; The circulating cylinder is evenly connected with the stator by three rubber belts;
5. Maintenance and attention

The sealing ring at the upper end of the hollow shaft should be checked regularly to prevent the slurry from leaking into the bearing due to damage. After installation and maintenance, check the air tightness in clean water at the beginning of operation, that is, close the main valve, start the main shaft, and no air bubbles will be ejected around the stator after starting. is the highest RPM without cramping air from the recirculating cylinder.
