ZQ-100 Fully Automatic Metallographic Specimen Cutting Machine

Introduction
This type of cutting machine is composed of a body, an electric control box, a cutting chamber, a motor, a cooling system, and a cutting wheel. This cutting machine can not only cut round workpieces with a diameter of 100mm (pipe fittings), but also rectangular specimens with a height of 100mm and a depth of 200mm. The machine cools the sample through the cooling system to prevent the sample from overheating and burning the structure during the cutting process. The machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different samples, thereby improving the quality of the cut samples. The machine is divided into manual cutting and automatic cutting. The large-volume cutting chamber is more convenient for the cutter to use. It is the sample preparation equipment for the metallographic test of universities, factories and enterprises.
