Introduction
The FMIA2021 version of the
metallographic image analysis software
system is our company combines the
current metallographic testing needs of
foundry companies, auto parts
companies, heat treatment companies,
bearing steel industry, power system
industry, railway accessories industry, and related testing companies to improve
products. The qualification rate helps to improve the inspection level of various
laboratories. We collect the needs and opinions of experts and teachers from
various industries to develop this set of FMIA2020 version of the metallographic
image analysis software system.
The software system national standard library contains 150 categories and about
700 commonly used sub-modules, which basically cover the commonly used
metallographic standards and meet the requirements of metallographic analysis
and inspection of most units. According to the needs of different industries, open
relevant categories are designated to meet industry testing requirements. All
modules are called for free for life, and standards are upgraded for free for life.

which basically covers commonly used metallographic standards and meets the requirements of
metallographic analysis and inspection of most units; the software randomly issues about 120

Basic Function:
1. Organizational analysis
Correctly select the implementation standard of the material, use the
camera system of the metallographic microscope to capture and
photograph the metallographic structure of the sample, and enter the
rating level interface:
(1) Automatic rating: If there are quantitative standards in the
metallographic standard (such as calculation formula, percentage range,
etc.), the software will automatically rate, give the metallographic level,
and generate the metallographic inspection report.
(2) Comparative rating: The software can also compare the sample map
with the map in the gallery, and determine the level manually.
(3) Multi-module rating: multiple modules can be counted at the same
time

rectangle, circle, polygon, polyline length, angle, straight line angle,
radian, point to circle center measurement, etc., to meet the user's basic
geometric measurement functions and obtain relevant measurement
data.

measurement report with pictures and texts, or it can be directly
imported into EXCEL.
(2) Save the image: the data after measurement can be automatically
