Product Introduction
ZXQ-3Q double-head (mosaic room) automatic metallographic sample inlaying machine (pneumatic) is an intelligent automatic metallographic inlaying machine designed to meet batch, fast and precise sample preparation. This machine is used for thermosetting plastic compression molding of small metallographic samples that are irregular and difficult to handle. After forming, the grinding and polishing operation can be conveniently carried out, and it is also conducive to the measurement of microstructure in metallographic microscopy and hardness testing. The isolated double inlay chamber can be controlled separately, and two samples of different specifications can be inlaid at the same time.
ZXQ-3Q automatic metallographic inlay machine is an ideal sample preparation equipment for colleges, universities, industrial and mining enterprise laboratories.
The mounting machine can work reliably under the following conditions:
1. The altitude is not higher than 1000m.
2. The temperature of the surrounding medium is not higher than +40ºC and not lower than -10ºC.
3. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 85% (at 20°C).
4. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas, or corrosive gas that can seriously damage metals and insulators.
5. There are no obvious vibrations and bumps.
6. Air source pressure 0.6-0.8mpa
