200HRD-150 dial Rockwell hardness tester is used to test the rockwell hardness of metal material, it loads and unloads the test force by motor, which eliminates the error of human operation. It is suitable for use in metal metallurgy factory, machinery factory, industrial laboratory and laboratory of colleges and universities.
Application:
Scale A: suitable for testing thin sheet materials or surface layers, and also for testing metals with hardness over 70HRC, such as cemented carbides.
Scale B: low hardness specimens of non-ferrous metals and their alloys and annealed steel.The test range is 20 ~ 100HRB.
Scale C: it is applicable to test the hardness of steel specimens after heat treatment.The test range is 20 ~ 70HRC.
