Functions:
Notch making Machine is used for the notched specimen preparation equipment used in the impact toughness test of non-metallic materials by the cantilever and simple beam impact testing machine. It can clamp 20 specimens at a time and process more than 100 notches every 10 minutes. The notched size is accurate, the efficiency is high and the operation strength is greatly reduced.

Alloy steel import tool:

The imported alloy steel cutting tools are made of special alloy materials in Europe, which are specially used for electric notched prototype, machining the standard sample notches for impact test of cantilever beam and simply supported beam.
The hardness is higher than HRC60, the surface roughness is lower than Ra0.4, and the edge angle is 30 ± 0.1 °. It can be grinded repeatedly and has a long service life.
Type A cutter: the notch size of the sample is < 45 ° ± 0.2 ° ± r = 0.25 ± 0.05
Type B cutter: the notch size of the sample is < 45 ° ± 0.2 ° ± r = 1.0 ± 0.05
Type C cutter: the notch size of the sample is < 45 ° ± 0.2 ° ± r = 0.1 ± 0.02
