EDX6600 Metal surface coating tester

 Adopting the original American high-performance Si-PIN detector with high resolution and wide detection range, it covers the basic requirements of RoHS, halogen, coating, alloy (including precious metals) and various conventional material analysis. It can be applied to alloy analysis, coating detection, precious metal analysis, archaeological analysis, environmental protection, ROHS/halogen-free directive detection, toy directive detection standards and other fields.

♦ Adopting the original American high-performance Si-PIN detector with thermoelectric cooling, it has high resolution and wide detection range, covering the basic requirements of RoHS, halogen, coating, alloy (including precious metals) and various conventional material analysis.
♦ Equipped with the more advanced international DPP digital multi-channel signal integrated processor, it has better performance than ordinary analog multi-channel signal processors, especially at high counting rates, it has better resolution (such as Hg and CI, etc.), and the data transmission speed of up to 80MHz makes the analysis time shorter, and the whole machine measurement repeatability and long-term stability are better.
♦ Built-in high-definition camera system, clear observation of samples, accurate positioning of sample test area.
♦ Equipped with the latest FP measurement software, it integrates a variety of spectrum processing algorithms and matrix correction algorithms to effectively reduce various interfering spectral peaks in instrument measurement, making the detection results of low-content and trace elements more accurate and closer to the true value level.
