The control part of the test machine adopts PLC control, touch screen operation and display, with a high degree of automation. It can digitally preset and display the impact height, lifting hammer, and falling hammer; the secondary impact protection adopts a pneumatic transmission device, and the secondary impact capture rate is 100%. It is equipped with automatic personal safety protection devices (sample room door safety protection, anti-electric shock safety protection, etc.). The instrument is simple to operate, safe and reliable, and has a beautiful appearance. It is exported to Europe and the United States and other countries.

Test Standard
It conforms to the technical requirements of the industry standard JB/T9389 drop hammer impact testing machine, and meets the test methods of GB/T14152, GB/T10002.1, GB/T5836.1, GB/T13664, GB/T16800, ISO4422, ISO3127, BSEN1411, and BSEN744.

ØAir connection and air release
Abandoning the traditional electromagnetic hammer connection and electromagnetic release, a pneumatic structure with a greater force value that will never burn is adopted. The hammer connection adopts a 300N long-stroke double cylinder and a tendon plate hammer connection surface. The hammer connection is stable and does not damage the hammer head; the release hammer also adopts a pneumatic structure, which fundamentally solves the long-term bending and breaking of the cable used in the electromagnetic hammer release and the leakage phenomenon. The pneumatic adopts an airless automatic locking structure, which is safe and reliable.
ØIntegrated modular assembly
The mechanical part adopts standard aluminum alloy profile assembly structure, and the electrical part adopts 7-inch touch screen and Delta PLC, which realizes the characteristics of process standardization, modular installation, light structure and high strength.
