MPT grinding and polishing head manual
1. Purpose
The MPT type grinding and polishing head is a product suitable for use in the laboratory. It can be used for the preparation of one to three samples. It can use different pressures for each sample and can be equipped with an adjustable drip batching device.

Installation and operation method
1. Fix the bracket and the bracket seat on the base of the grinding and polishing machine;
2. Place the grinding and polishing head on the support seat;
3. Adjust the height and lock the handle to fix it;
4. Lift the afterburner head piece (knob) and put the sample into the holder;
5. Adjust the pressure of the sample: Adjust the knob to test the pressure of the sample, and tighten the locking handle on the upper part of the grinding and polishing head.
6. Turn on the power of the grinding and polishing machine and the grinding and polishing head successively, and the grinding and polishing head will run with the grinding and polishing machine at a speed of 50r/min for grinding production.
7. It is recommended to stop the machine to check the progress of the workpiece surface every 3 minutes during the grinding work. When polishing work, it can be extended to 5 minutes.
