LZY-150C touch screen digital display polarization stress meter is an internal stress measuring instrument that integrates multiple functions such as stress detection, data calculation, and print output, which further meets the requirements of stress detection in industries such as medicine, food packaging, and glass instruments, as well as metrology and testing service agencies.
LZY-150C touch screen digital display stress meter uses a color 5-inch LCD touch screen and a high-precision encoder for stress display and measurement. It is suitable for optical instrument factories, glass factories, glass product factories, pharmaceutical packaging companies, laboratories, and metrology and testing service agencies. It is used to measure the stress values of various glass products (including various glass bottles, cans, cups, tubes, utensils, bulbs, lamp tubes, glass measuring instruments, glass instruments, optical instruments, special-shaped products, mobile phone screens, etc.), crystal products, artificial gems, transparent plastic products, and other optical materials.
LZY-150C touch screen digital display stress meter, equipped with 1/4 wave plate and full wave plate (also known as sensitive color plate), therefore provides two measurement methods:
Quantitative measurement (Senarmont compensation method): The instrument is equipped with 1/4 wave plate, and the compensation method is used to quantitatively determine the internal stress of glass
value.
Qualitative measurement (colorimetry): The instrument is equipped with a full wave plate, which can qualitatively judge the internal stress size and distribution of glass products by observing the interference color sequence in the polarization field, so that users can quickly determine whether the products are qualified.

Instrument features
LZY-150C touch screen digital display polarization stress meter has advanced features such as high measurement accuracy, numerical calculation, intuitive display of multiple sets of data, dark field without calibration and green energy saving:
High measurement accuracy: It uses a high-precision angle encoder, and the optical path difference measurement accuracy is 2.0nm.
Automatic calculation of stress: The user enters the total wall thickness, and the stress size or stress level can be calculated according to standard requirements. It complies with the data calculation requirements of GB/T 4545, GB/T 12415, GB/T15726 and other standards.
Five sets of data intuitive display: using a color 5-inch LCD screen, according to different user measurement needs, it can simultaneously display the measurement angle value, optical path difference value, average thickness optical path difference (stress value), apparent stress level and true stress level.
Data printing function: a micro printer is used to print the measurement data.
Function expansion: the function can be further expanded, connected to a computer, and the measurement data can be output to the computer for further calculation, statistics, query and related applications (customized according to user needs).
No need to calibrate the dark field: the instrument always maintains the correct zero point, and the user does not need to repeatedly calibrate the zero point during the measurement process to avoid errors caused by manual calibration.
Chinese and English interface touch screen operation: Chinese and English touch screen operation interface, convenient detection wizard and data management, simple and easy to understand detection process and data management, beautiful operation interface.

Calculation and setting function
LZY-150C touch screen digital display polarization stress meter, the measurement data is displayed on a color 5-inch LCD screen. The system has the following functions:
Chinese and English interface display: the operation interface is displayed in Chinese and English at the same time.

Five sets of data display: rotation angle, optical path difference, optical path difference per unit thickness, apparent stress level, and true stress level, which can meet the different measurement needs of related industries.

Automatic calculation of stress value (optical path difference per unit length): users can set the thickness value and measurement unit. According to the requirements of the detection standard, the system automatically calculates the optical path difference (stress value) or true stress level per unit thickness, and meets the detection calculation requirements of GB/12415, GB/15726, GB/T4545.
Data printing: print the measurement data.

Settings and maintenance: users can set the wall thickness unit (mm or cm) and calibrate the system time as needed.
