Introduction

The BJ-500X portable metallurgical microscope is an upgraded version of the BJ-X

portable metallurgical microscope. The machine can be equipped with three

objective lenses at the same time, eliminating the trouble of replacing the objective

lens. Its magnetic base and the main unit are fixed structure, which adds to the

machine. The stability makes it more convenient and quicker to use in the field, and

the upgrade of optical components makes the imaging effect better. It is a

microscope suitable for metallographic inspection and failure analysis of a variety

of large-scale workpieces on site. It does not need to cut and sample, and directly

grind and polish the workpiece to ensure the integrity of the workpiece. The

portable metallurgical microscope is suitable for aviation manufacturing,

machinery manufacturing, and vehicles. Manufacturing, boiler and pressure vessel

manufacturing and inspection, petrochemical, railway, shipbuilding, power plants,  

power stations, equipment installation, large molds, safety inspection, quality

supervision, physical and chemical laboratories and other industries. It can also be

Objective lens converter:

The three-hole objective lens converter with inward

positioning of the ball can be installed with three objective

lenses at the same time, eliminating the trouble of

replacing the objective lens.

Magnetic base:

The microscope comes with a magnetic base,

which can be directly fixed on the sample. The

base has a magnetic suction base and a

gear-type XY-axis moving platform to ensure that it does not underdraw in the

horizontal direction.
