MX-4RW Introduction:The MX-4RW computer metallographic microscope is a trinocular upright metallographic microscope. The machine has a flexible system combination, excellent imaging performance and stable system structure. Each operating mechanism is designed according to ergonomics to minimize the operator's fatigue, and the modular design of components can freely combine system functions. FMIA2021 version of the metallographic image analysis software system is our company to combine the current foundry enterprises, auto parts enterprises, heat treatment enterprises, bearing steel industry, power system industry, railway parts industry, and related testing companies for metallographic testing needs, improve product quality The pass rate helps improve the inspection level of each laboratory. We collect the needs and opinions of experts and teachers in various industries to develop this FMIA2020 version of the metallographic image analysis software system.
The national standard library of the software system contains about 700 commonly used sub-modules in 150 categories, which basically cover the commonly used metallographic standards and meet the requirements of metallographic analysis and inspection of most units.
