Introduction:
The microcomputer controlled high-strength bolt detector (NCW-300PE) is designed and manufactured with reference to the standard requirements of GB50205-2001 "Engineering Acceptance Specifications". It can detect the axial force, torque, and torque of large hexagonal head high-strength bolt connection pairs (M6, M8, M10, M12). Coefficients, detection, display and automatic calculation and printing. When the axial force reaches the value specified in the standard, the detector emits a beep and records the test data. At the same time, the detector automatically calculates the torque coefficient based on the detected axial force and torque and displays it automatically; when a set of tests is completed, the detector Automatically calculate the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of N test pieces; enter the test number, model, grade and specification of high-strength bolts; the control system can cyclically update 1,000 sets of data Store and read and print at any time.
It has parameter backup and recovery functions, automatic calibration function, peak hold monitoring and sensor overload protection functions according to the detection requirements of high-strength bolts. In order to facilitate the user to connect to the computer, an RS232 interface is set up; the data can be transferred to the computer for further processing and a report can be printed out.
Test Principle
The detection of large hexagonal bolts is to connect two sensors through the controller to collect the axial force and torque of the sample respectively. The two sensors bear the combined force of the sensors through the combination of mechanical structures to ensure that they are loaded and unloaded at the same time. When the set point is reached, When setting the standard pretension force value, record and calculate the torque coefficient under the corresponding torque;
Structural features:
1. The host adopts the human-machine design principle and is easy to operate.
2. The bolt-mounted test mold is installed on the linear guide rail, making it easy to install and adjust the test piece.
3. Humanized software design, the test process can be completed with one click.
4. The lower end of the main body is equipped with a tool box for easy use and storage by test operators.
5. The input end uses a reducer for uniform loading, which greatly improves the authenticity of the test results.
6. Sensor overload protection prompts and other functions: pre-tension force, torque enters the upper and lower limits with alarm prompt function.
7. The test area is equipped with a protective cover, which is reliably connected to the fuselage and easy to open and close (optional).
