The testing machine is composed of a host computer, a loading system, an electrical control system (data acquisition, processing, amplifying part, and a computer, printer, data processing software), tooling fixtures, and protective devices. This testing machine uses manual or automatic control (two control methods, which can be freely converted) to load the motor, three load cells placed evenly to measure the force, and the displacement to measure the displacement of the box. The test force, displacement, various test methods, test parameters, test curves, test data, etc. are displayed on the PC screen.
Host Machine
The vertical structure is adopted, and the loading part of the servo motor is placed on the top. The main machine consists of a base, a workbench, a beam, a column, and a lead screw. The worktable is placed on the ground, and the load cell is placed on the moving beam. Because the pressure plate is large, three sensors are used. The upper platen seat is fixed on the lead screw and moves up and down under the drive of the loading system. Then complete the static performance and dynamic fatigue test of the box.
Loading System
The loading system consists of servo motor, servo planetary reducer, synchronous belt and synchronous pulley. The loading force and test speed of the system can be adjusted. The servo motor has high control precision, large torque at low speed and low noise. The deceleration system adopts the combination of planetary gear reducer and arc synchronous toothed belt deceleration; precise helical gear transmission, smooth and stable operation, the backlash between teeth is less than 3 minutes, equipped with precision preloaded ball screws to make the beam Forward and reverse running zero error.
Electrical parts
The electrical part consists of a strong electric system and a microcomputer control system. Execute the control signal set by the computer to control the action of the servo motor, which can realize automatic and manual control conversion. The control part provides AC 380V power supply by three-phase four-wire system, and the microcomputer provides AC 220V50Hz power supply alone. The control system has limit protection function. The microcomputer control system is mainly composed of hardware (computer, amplifier, printer, etc.) and software to realize action control and data display and processing. 10 Different Types of Fatigue Testing Machines:

When we talk about the different types of fatigue testing machines, three types are the most common forms of this machine: Strain Control, Low Cycle Fatigue, and load control high cycle fatigue. 

Strain Control:
