Mechanical Structure:
The mainframe is a double-arm frame structure consisting of a base, four columns, and two lead screws. The transmission and loading system utilizes an AC servo motor and a synchronous toothed belt reducer to drive a high-precision ball screw, which in turn drives the moving crossbeam for loading. The testing machine boasts excellent coaxiality (<8%). The base is constructed of solid steel for excellent stability. The frame is a portal structure, primarily consisting of a baseplate, upper, middle, and lower crossbeams, and connecting beams. The crossbeams are made of steel. High-strength beams secure the upper crossbeam and work surface, creating a highly rigid structural frame. This machine offers an aesthetically pleasing design, excellent stability, high rigidity, high control accuracy, high efficiency, low noise, and is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Frame:

1. Main machine: The machine adopts a double-space door structure, with the upper space stretching and the lower space compression, and a bending design. The crossbeam can be lifted and lowered steplessly. The transmission part adopts a circular arc synchronous toothed belt and a screw pair drive, which is stable and low-noise. The specially designed synchronous toothed belt deceleration system and the precision ball screw pair drive the moving crossbeam of the test machine, achieving gapless transmission.
