6. Operation instructions and precautions
6.1 This machine can complete automatic cutting. Please set the appropriate parameters according to the material to be cut before cutting. The start, stop and buttons of the external panel are the same as the start and stop buttons on the touch screen. You can choose either the touch screen operation or the external button operation.
6.2 Be sure to close the warehouse door before starting. If it is not closed, the system prompts that the warehouse door has been opened. Please close the warehouse door. During the cutting process, if the door is opened, the machine will stop cutting. To continue cutting, close the door and press the start button. For safety reasons, it is recommended not to open the door during machine cutting.
6.3 After the cutting is completed, the machine will automatically retract the knife and display the prompt message 'cutting completed'. If the stop button is pressed during the cutting process, the machine will enter the retracting state and a message will prompt 'stop and exit'. To ensure safety, do not open the door during the retraction process.
6.4 If you need to replace the saw blade, please press the emergency stop button or turn off the main power switch and wait for a while. After the replacement, release the emergency stop or turn on the main power supply.
6.5 If the machine is overloaded or the saw blade is clamped during the cutting process, the system will prompt an alarm, the display screen will alarm and prompt the spindle overload or spindle hardware alarm. At this time, wait for a while and the system will return to normal and stop the alarm, and then turn it on again. Check the cause of overload on the warehouse door.
6.6 The system appears: cutting the workpiece continuously, abnormal noise or overload or clamp saw alarm may be caused by the following reasons:
(1) The cutting saw blade is not suitable for this cutting material, and the cutting saw blade should be replaced at this time.
(2) The cutting speed is too fast. At this time, the cutting speed should be reduced or the "impact cutting" mode should be selected.
(3) This kind of cutting material is not suitable for this cutting machine.


7. Maintenance and maintenance

7.1 After cutting, clean the cutting room in time to keep the room clean and free of debris, which can reduce machine failures.
7.2 Please do not hit the display with sharp objects, which will damage the display.
7.3 Please do not arbitrarily change electrical circuits and procedures, which may cause injury.
7.4 It is recommended that the clamping device be cleaned and lubricated weekly. Improve service life.
7.5 Check the water level of the cutting fluid at least once a week and maintain the proper water level. Change the cutting fluid every two weeks.
7.6 It is recommended to regularly lubricate and maintain the equipment once a week.
7.7 Storage of Resin Cutting Discs (Optional): These cutting discs are sensitive to moisture. Therefore, do not mix wet cutting discs with new, dry cutting discs. Store cut sheets in a dry place, level on a support surface.
