FPL-3230 Overview of Transflective Polarized Light Microscopy:
The FPL-3230 transflective polarizing microscope is an essential instrument for studying and identifying birefringent materials using the polarization properties of light. It offers single-polarized light observation, crossed-polarized light observation, and conoscopic observation. It is widely used in research and inspection in geology, chemical engineering, medicine, and pharmaceuticals. It can also be used for observing the crystalline phases of liquid polymers, biopolymers, and liquid crystals. It is an ideal instrument for research and teaching in scientific research institutions and universities.
vFPL-3230 Performance characteristics of transflective polarizing microscope:
Adopts an infinity optical system and modular design.
Equipped with infinity, strain-free, long-working-distance plan objectives.
Hinged observation tube: Trinocular with adjustable monocularity and 30° tube tilt, enabling 100% light transmission photography and connection to a video camera.
Eyepiece: WF10X wide-field plan eyepiece with a φ22mm field of view, providing a wide, flat observation area.
Objective: Strain-free plan achromatic objective (without cover glass), with adjustable objective center to ensure alignment between the objective lens center and the rotating stage center.
Coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanism with adjustable coarse tension and limit lock, fine adjustment increment: 2μm.
The polarized light observation device can be moved in and out of the optical path, and both the polarizer and analyzer can rotate 360°.
Rotating stage with 360° graduated scale, 6' vernier increments, adjustable centering, and locking mechanism. The stage has a maximum vertical travel of 30mm.
Wide-voltage power supply (85-265V 50/60Hz). 6V, 30W halogen lamp with adjustable brightness.
Push-pull analyzer: Rotates 360° with graduated scale and fine-motion vernier.
Intermediate sleeve: Built-in push-in Bertrand lens with adjustable centering.
Stage: Rotating stage with 360° graduated scale, 6' vernier increments, adjustable centering, and locking mechanism. The stage has a maximum vertical travel of 30mm.
Transmitted illumination system: 6V, 30W halogen lamp with adjustable brightness. Provides bright and clear viewing. Polarizer, 360° rotatable in polarization direction, with four positions: 0, 90, 180, and 270°, located below the aperture stop.
i-illumination system: 6V, 30W halogen lamp, adjustable brightness. Built-in field and aperture stops. Push-pull polarizer, 360° rotatable. Quick and easy lamp replacement, no tools required.
