2. Product Overview (Actual photos are shown below; these are customized products and are for reference only.)

The TPJ-W5 microcomputer-controlled spring fatigue testing machine is mainly used for fatigue life testing of various rubber parts, springs, and telescopic shock absorbers used in automobiles, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles. Special fixtures can also be manufactured to accommodate fatigue testing of special specimens.
This microcomputer-controlled mechanical spring fatigue testing machine is a high-precision, high-range controlled high-end spring fatigue testing machine built upon the mature technology of ordinary mechanical spring fatigue testing machines, combined with modern electronic sensing, measurement, and control technologies.
3. Scheme Description

The complete machine consists of a main unit, loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, and electrical control system.

3.1 Main Unit: The main unit mainly consists of a frame, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixtures. The frame comprises a column, worktable, vibration table, upper crossbeam, screw lifting mechanism, and base. The column, worktable, vibration table, upper crossbeam, and screw lifting mechanism are assembled together and stably mounted on the base. The spring to be tested is installed between the vibration table and the screw via a limiting groove. Adjusting the screw's lifting position accommodates specimens of different sizes and specifications. Changing the fixture accommodates specimens with different mounting methods.

3.2 Loading Mechanism: This is a mechanical structure, mainly composed of a crank-connecting rod mechanism, which converts the motor's rotational motion into vertical linear reciprocating motion. Adjusting the eccentricity of the slider adjusts the distance of the linear reciprocating motion to achieve the required test stroke for the tested specimen.

3.3 The fatigue test stroke is adjusted using a rotary screw mechanism, ensuring high adjustment accuracy.

3.4 Transmission System: The transmission mechanism consists of a three-phase asynchronous motor and a flywheel. By adjusting the motor speed, the test frequency can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of 2-7 seconds/cycle.

3.5 Control System: (The main interface of the dual-station software is shown below)

The computer-controlled measurement and control system is the central hub of the testing apparatus. On one hand, it collects the test force signal of each spring during the test process and displays the test force in real time, along with various status parameters such as test frequency, current number of tests, load-time curves for each station, and test force decay. On the other hand, it sets control parameters according to control requirements, such as setting the number of tests for automatic shutdown and setting the test force for automatic shutdown based on stress decrease. It sends control signals to the high-voltage control box, which then controls the main motor, performing functions such as motor starting, motor speed adjustment, and automatic shutdown according to computer commands.
