(1)Structure:

Crusher: made of charging spout,blade,filter screen and body.

Screw extractor: made of the former bearing,feeder hooper,screw,filter screen,juice holding device,the rear bearing,slag notch and others. Screw spindle is supported on rolling bearing seat, the right end is supported on the wheel bearing seat, a triangular belt wheel drive motor of screw work through.

(2) Operational principle

Crusher: the material is formed in the high-speed rotating blades under the action of breaking.

Screw extractor: the main member is screw, spiral slag outlet direction along

the bottom diameter increase gradually, and the pitch reduces gradually.When the material is spiral propulsion, as the reduce of spiral cavity volume,squeeze the material. The direction of rotation of the spiral shaft from the feed hopper to slag groove direction is clockwise.

The rew material into the hopper, the spiral propulsion under compression,compressible juice can through filter screen to the juice holding device at the bottom,and the annular gap is formed between the conical part of waste through the screw and the discharge voltage, moving right adjust gap pressure head along the axial size.In clockwise: equipment from the slag notch to the feed hopper to rotate handwheel bearing seat, left pressure head, short the gap, otherwise the gap becomes large.Change the gap, as the adjust the slag resistance, it can change slag yield. But if the gap is too small, in strong extrusion, part of slag particles and juice together through the filtering net is extrusion, although the juice yield increase, but the quality of juice reduce, the size of the voids should require the user specific process.

(3) Operation and maintenance

1)Operation

When the crusher and screw work at the same time, should make the juicer handwheel and nut slag gap reached the maximum, then accord the slag, reduce the space, and fixed the handwheel and nut when it reach the technological requirements. In the process of operation, if the crusher not feeding, with slag rod cleaner.

2 ) Maintenance

After work, we must wash the filter net with clean water and brush, remove slag machine by hand, like deal with fruits with more fibre. A ccord to the product situation, we can add onr time to wash the net. After squeezing, wash all the machine by warm water.
