When the axial force reaches the value specified in the standard, the tester will beep and record the test data. In addition, the pretension of the torsion shear type bolt connection pair (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) can also be tested (optional). When the torx head is twisted, the pretension of the bolt can be recorded and used as a set of tests. After finishing, the tester automatically calculates the average pretension, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of N test pieces. The torsion shear function of the horizontal structure microcomputer-controlled high-strength bolt detector is generally through the addition of torsion shear wrenches. The specifications include six wrenches of M16-30 and corresponding sleeves. During the test, it is no longer loaded by the host motor.
