MP-3 automatic grinding machine is a single-disc desktop machine, which is a new generation of international advanced technology manufacturing of high precision, sample making process automation grinding and polishing equipment.
This machine adopts the advanced microprocessor control system, making the speed of grinding plate and grinding head to achieve stepless adjustable, sample making pressure, time setting intuitive and convenient. The operator only needs to replace the grinding plate or sandpaper and fabric to complete the grinding and throwing process operation, so that the machine shows a more extensive application. This machine has the rotation direction of grinding wheel, grinding wheel can be quickly replaced; multi-sample clampper and pneumatic single point loading, but also has a stable rotation, safety and reliable, low noise and cast aluminum base to increase the rigidity of grinding wheel characteristics.

3,Functional function of each component:

1. Grinding head: contains mechanical electrical control, is an important part of the whole machine.

1. Grinding plate: also known as "working plate", is an important part of the grinding plate test, the sandpaper, velvet cloth and other consumables fixed on it, the test sample for grinding and throwing.

4,Installation and precautions                                                             

4.1 The equipment must be well grounded and must use a standard three-pole power outlet.
4.2 The equipment shall be installed on a stable, non-vibration workbench, and the environment shall be ventilated and dry, with a temperature of 10ºC -30ºC; with a relative humidity of <85%, and no corrosive gas and conductive dust around.
4.3Open the present machine, remove the winding film on the whole machine and remove the accessories, put the packaging bottom plate together with the whole machine pad high, remove the four bolts from the following with the wrench, and then move the whole machine to the work surface. Cover one end of the drain with the throat collar into the drain connector at the rear of the device; move to the middle of the joint to the drain, and tighten the screw of the collar to secure the drain. Then screw the inlet pipe into the inlet nozzle, so that the glue pad and the inlet nozzle contact and close well.






4.4 Determine the placement position of the equipment according to the inlet and drainage conditions, and adjust the 4 adjustable damping pads to make the basic level of the equipment and stabilize it.

4.6 Installation method of metalsandpaper and polished fabric
Wipe the upper plane of the grinding plate (must be clean without any dust or bulge), paste the gold phase sandpaper or polished fabric with pressure-sensitive adhesive on it, visually see the distance between the sandpaper or fabric and the edge of the plate, and make it with the hand to bond firm.

Note: The size of sand paper and grinding speed shall be appropriately selected according to the requirements of metaltest sample. When the sample requirements are general, the semi-fine grinding step can be omitted. When the sample requirements are high, the grinding step should be added appropriately.
