Main Frame: It consists of pressure micro control parts, automatic filling pressure and electric discharge pressure parts, pressure micro control part adopts the microcomputer MCU control; equipped with high resolution, high speed of ∑ - delta 16-bit adc chip, real-time communication and computer; and it can automatically fill and relief pressure according to the situation of pressure. Pressure Station: Its main function is to provide pressure to the main frame, the requirement of lower limit pressure of pressure station requirement must be higher than all tested specimen. The plunger pump of the station is made in the United States (large flow, low noise, high pressure, free maintenance). Water Tank:It consists of electric opening part, self-circulation part, heating part, automatic water filling part and insulation part. Temperature Control System:Accurately control the temperature of the water tank, temperature display, set temperature individually. It can control the liquid level of tank at a reasonable position, at the same time it can also guarantee the temperature. Software System:By connecting with RS232 serial interface to the pressure on the host, it can provide the parameters setting, calibration, pressure relief, zero, amplitude modulation, drawing the test, test records and print test reports and other functions.
