Structure Introduction:
The main body of the testing machine is composed of three parts: hydraulic control box and force measuring instrument.
1. Machine Host parts
The body of the testing machine is connected with the cylinder body and the upper beam by four columns. There is an adjusting screw on the upper beam of the testing machine. Manually adjust the "screw up" and "screw down" to adjust the no-load height of the testing machine.
The lower end of the leading screw is equipped with a ball seat and an upper pressing plate. The lower pressing plate is placed on the piston of the oil cylinder. When the test piece is in contact with the upper pressing plate, the ball seat of the upper pressing plate can self-adjust and balance to keep the test piece and the upper pressing plate level. The lower platen is engraved with the scribe line for the positioning of the test piece. When doing the test, the test piece should be aligned with the scribe line. There is a dust-proof cover under the lower platen to prevent or reduce the dust entering the cylinder when the piston is lifted and lowered, and damage the cylinder body or oil seal. There is a sealing device between the piston and the oil cylinder to prevent oil leakage, but when the piston still leaks a small amount of oil during use, there is a ring-shaped oil groove on the top of the cylinder body, and there is a drain channel to discharge the oil and flow back to the large oil tank.
2. Hydraulic control part
The control box of this testing machine is mainly composed of fuel tank, oil pump, oil filter, motor, speed valve, oil return valve, etc. The oil pump is a direct-rotating axial five-column pump. When loading the testing machine, the loading speed should be manually controlled. The valve can control the rising speed of the piston (the speed is integrated with the safety valve). When unloading, the oil return valve can be turned, and the oil cylinder will slowly descend. The safety valve has been adjusted to the appropriate position when the testing machine leaves the factory. The user cannot adjust the safety valve during normal use.
Testing Machine Installation:
1. When hoisting the testing machine, pass the hoisting steel wire into the eyebolt on the top of the lead screw.
2. The testing machine is installed on a solid foundation about 20 cm above the ground, and two M16 anchor bolts should be pre-embedded. The dimensions are shown in Figure 1 of the foundation.
