Introduction
This grinding and polishing machine is suitable for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing metallographic samples. It is an indispensable equipment for users to make metallographic samples. This machine is equipped with a cooling device, which can cool the sample during pre-grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample. The left disc of the machine is a grinding disc, and the right disc is a polishing disc, which can be operated by two people at the same time, which is convenient, stable and reliable.   


Technical Data
The left disc of the machine is a pre-grinding disc, and the right disc is a polishing disc. During pre-grinding, cooling water is continuously injected into the rotating grinding disc through the rotary water nozzle, and the sandpaper can be tightly attached to the grinding disc under the action of atmospheric pressure, so that the sandpaper does not need to be bonded or clamped. When polishing, the polishing fabric can be spread flat on the polishing disc, and then the fabric is fastened with the buckle, and then polished. The fabric and the polishing disc can be replaced in time and conveniently.
