1. Purpose

 integrated steel bar position measuring instrument is used to measure the diameter, position and distribution of steel bars in existing reinforced concrete or new reinforced concrete and the thickness of concrete protective layer of steel bars. It can accurately "see through" the position of steel bars in real time, and can test dense steel bars.

1. Performance

 You can "see through" the position of reinforcing bars, and the positioning of reinforcing bars is accurate. The instrument adopts multi-coil structure, which can "see through" the position of steel bars, thus realizing real-time and accurate positioning of steel bars.
 Excellent dense steel bar testing function. The instrument has specially designed the dense steel bar testing module, and users can judge the distribution of steel bars in the dense steel bar area according to the waveform of the signal. In the dense steel bar testing, it has reached the leading level in the industry.
 A variety of testing methods. The instrument has a variety of testing methods, such as thickness testing, grid scanning, profile scanning, image scanning and JGJ testing, to meet the different testing requirements of users.
 The detection area is located in the center of the instrument, which is convenient for testing.
 Correction function of vertical reinforcement. The instrument has the function of correcting the vertical reinforcement of stirrups, and the thickness of the protective layer of steel bars can be measured more accurately.
 Horizontal laser and vertical laser. The horizontal laser can ensure the level of the scanning route, and the vertical laser can mark the direction of the measured steel bar.
 Removable battery, with two batteries at random, can realize uninterrupted use on site. When the instrument is out of power, you can directly remove the battery, replace it with another battery, and continue to use it. Each battery can last up to 20 hours.
 2.8-inch large color LCD display. The large color screen display and beautiful interface design make the user's operation simple and convenient, and the brightness of the LCD screen can be adjusted, which is convenient for users to use in different light.
 Large capacity SD card storage, U disk data transmission mode. The instrument has a large capacity of 8G, and users can save data as they wish without worrying about the space capacity. It can be used as a mobile USB flash drive on the computer to copy data directly without other complicated operations, which is convenient and quick.
 Integrated design, compact size. One of the smallest integrated steel bar position measuring instruments in China, with the length, width and height of 205×85×90mm, can be easily tested to the corners.
 The center of gravity of the instrument is stable. When the instrument is designed, the user's usage habits are fully considered, and the battery is located in the handle of the instrument, so that the instrument will not be top-heavy.

The external software has powerful data analysis and processing functions: powerful professional windows data analysis and processing software. It is convenient and quick to show the test results graphically, which can directly generate the Word test report or import the data into Excel. It has the function of parameter modification after the test is completed. After the test is completed, the diameter of steel bar and the design thickness of protective layer can be modified.
