2. What is the delivery time?
For our standard machines (i.e., ordinary machines), we have stock in our warehouse. If the machine is not in stock, it will typically be shipped within 15-20 business days after receiving your deposit (this applies only to our standard models). If you require it urgently, we can make special arrangements for you.
3. Do you accept customization services? Can I print my logo on the machine?
Absolutely. We not only offer standard models but also customize machines according to your requirements. We can also print your logo on the machine, meaning we provide OEM and ODM services.
4. How do I install and use the machine?
After you order a test machine from us, we will send you an English-language operation video via email.
Most of our machines are shipped as complete units, meaning they are already installed; you only need to connect the power cord to start using them. If needed, we can also assist you with on-site machine installation.
