The chopper produced by our company is designed with a combination of knife speed, pot speed, gap between chopper and chopping pot, chopper material and chopper blade hardness. The excellent craftsmanship ensures that the meat product material has good chopping fineness, low temperature rise, short chopping time, and improves the emulsification effect, elasticity, fineness and yield rate of meat products.
 

1.  The overall design is reasonable, and key components are processed by machining centers, with high machining accuracy and stable overall performance.
2. Te chopper is made using unique wire cutting technology and has advantages such as high hardness, good toughness, and wear resistance;
3. The small distance between the tip of the knife and the bottom of the pot can be adjusted to 1.0-1.5mm. After grinding with the blade, this distance remains unchanged, greatly extending the service life of the knife.
4. Good dynamic balance treatment ensures smooth operation, low noise, and low vibration of the machine.
5. The electrical box has good sealing performance, and waterproof electrical appliances are used to operate the switch; Japan NSK front and rear bearings.
