5. Maintenance and attention

Structure Instruction
XFD-12 laboratory flotation machine consists of the following main components: lifting mechanism, continuously variable speed change mechanism, body part, stator, rotor part and control switch.
All parts are connected to the column body. The main shaft rotates clockwise, the motor drives the impeller to rotate through the main shaft, and the speed of the impeller can be adjusted by rotating the gearbox handwheel. Adjust the knob of the inverter to set the impeller speed.
The main body of the main shaft is lifted and lowered by the motor driving the gear through the gear box, and after driving the lift to the desired position, press the stop switch. When descending, press the descending button, and it will stop automatically when it reaches the bottom due to the travel switch.
Note: When changing the lift, you must make sure to press the stop button before changing the lift. During the lifting operation, the operator should keep away from.
The groove body is fixed on the square hole of the base by four cylindrical pins at the bottom of the groove.
Installation, adjustment, operation method
The flotation machine is installed on the workbench, and the level can be adjusted with four base screws;
When the motor is connected to electricity, the direction of gas rotation should be checked, and the main shaft impeller driven by the motor should be required to rotate clockwise;
The speed of the flotation machine is regulated by the frequency converter. The speed can also be adjusted when the machine is running; the speed can be displayed on the LCD meter of the control panel.
In addition, the machine is equipped with a shaking handle, which can also be adjusted to suit the needs or fine-tuning of the stirring conditions. It should be noted that before the electric lift, the handle should be pulled out, and then folded to the inside of the rocker to prevent injury to personnel during the electric lift, and personnel should not be close to the rocker during the electric lift.
Impeller, stator and hollow shaft can be replaced. The impeller is connected with the right-hand screw of the main shaft, the stator is connected with the left-hand screw of the hollow sleeve, and the hollow shaft is connected with the left-hand screw of the machine head. When replacing, pay attention to the direction of rotation;
The circulating cylinder is connected to the stator equally by three rubber belts;
